Great App, TERRIFFIC customer service

Great app. However, the customer service is something that ever business could learn from. I downloaded the app at 8 am. At 8:11, I sent an email to the developer to add my local fire department. At 8:33 I received an email informing me that it has been added:)

When is the last time you got a quick response like that from anyone????

I’ve enjoyed listening to scanners on my tablet and phone, but I don’t like running my battery down. This allows me to run it in the background while I work from my iMac.

I highly recommend this app.
