Very unusual (GREAT) customer support

I sent an email earlier today regarding some problems. I’m happy to report that my issues were fixed, and I got an email from this outfit. I have to say; I’m more than impressed!!!

My wife and I listen to our local sherrif & police daily as we play Scrabble. This is a great product!
